A.Ş. tarafından kendi yatırımı olarak hayata geçirilen Kayseri İli Melikgazi İlçesi Şirin Tepe Mahallesi 587 Ada 1 Parsel Projesi, bölgeye modern ve nitelikli bir yaşam alanı kazandırmayı amaçlamaktadır. 81 adet konutun yer aldığı projede, yapı inşaatlarının yanı sıra kapsamlı altyapı ve çevre düzenlemesi işleri de yürütülmektedir.
